We have recently completed a project for a hotel that uses a tech stack that complements each other, Journey for the customer storefront, the website & e-commerce platform. Guestline for PMS & distribution. Finally, Resdiary for table reservations & food & beverage diary management. The Task:
To create the Black Friday Deals and implement in all three areas of the tech stack. In addition, we will be structuring the tech stack configuration to be ready for the post-holiday period, positioning the hotel to maintain high demand even during typically slower times.
The Challenge:.
Finding staff with expertise in all three systems and sufficient time to work on this project outside hotel operations was challenging.
